Several years ago Fort, a Ukrainian firearms company, introduced the 230A SMG, a very nicely-manufactured and designed compact SMG. This year it appears they have introduced the semi-auto variant, the 232S. Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to ask the guys at the booth more about it.
It’s not clear which market they intend to market this to. It’s unlikely the US, since our current braindead-dumb import rules treat Ukraine like North Korea. Importing firearms from the Ukraine into the US is largely prohibited.
