At the Partner 2025 arms expo in Belgrade, Serbia Zastava showcased a wide variety of arms, some old, some new and some old but newly updated.
Here is a M05 C1 T which clearly bears a close resemblance to the familiar M92PAP. It’s an updated AK with a full-length top rail as well as a rail on the upper gas tube. The choice of an AR-carbine style stock that also folds to the right.
I like the extra-heavy duty approach the Zastava takes to building a lot of their AKs–RPK front trunnions, 1.5mm receivers and top covers that are reinforced and lock to the receiver.
