International Shipping Handling Fee: There is a 15% Handling Fee for all International orders.

Export Licenses

Some orders may require an export license. If your order requires an export license, EasyExport will contact you regarding paperwork needed from you. There is no charge for export licenses, but please allow 4-6 weeks for the U.S. Commerce Department to issue the license.

Import Permits

Your country may require that you obtain an import permit for certain products you purchase. EasyExport will contact you if your order requires an import permit. Upon request, EasyExport will prepare your import permit application at no charge if you are located in New Zealand, Australia, or South Africa.

It is your responsibility to obtain any import permit required by your country. We are not responsible for deliveries that are not completed due to your failure to obtain an import permit or any other authorization required for you to import products into your country.

Duties and Import Taxes

You are responsible for all duties, taxes, import fees and other charges imposed by your country.

APO/FPO Addresses

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses are treated as exports under American regulations. We regret that we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses.

End Use Restrictions

Individuals – Firearm parts and optics that are shipped to individuals may not be transferred. Individuals are not permitted to buy firearm parts or optics for family, friends, or other people.

Dealers, Distributors, and Other Businesses – Dealers and other businesses may resell or transfer products only in their own country and only as permitted by their country’s laws.

Returns

We do not allow returns of products shipped to international customers. All international sales are final.

Suspicious or Illegal Activity

We reserve the right to refuse to accept or ship orders for any reason we determine appropriate. Either we or EasyExport will report suspicious or illegal activity to the appropriate legal authorities.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays in shipment or delivery resulting from causes beyond our control.

Legal Disputes

All legal disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in the state and county where our headquarters in the United States are located.
